CorrQuest is well versed in control upgrades of corrugated down-stackers. We remove the outdated, obsolete control hardware and replace it with currently available technology. This process is beneficial for two reasons: it eliminates hard to find hardware and it gives maintenance and operational personnel better tools for troubleshooting problems.
The bottom line is less downtime.
CorrQuest has experience with several makes and models of stackers. In general we replace old PLChardware with Allen-Bradley PLCs. We also usually replace relay logic with control code, replacing relays with system I/O. Add this to our on-screen diagnostics and faults are found quickly and the stacker is back up and running in no time.
